Wow! What a beautiful day we had for our TFH Centre Sharing Day in Middleton-on-Sea, near Bognor Regis. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine for the whole day.
Yet again the passion of those who love and enjoy TFH shone brightly.
There were several themes, which unfolded during the day:
Jo Scott gave an interesting talk on Phytobiophysics, (remedies which use the vibrational energy of plants to restore balance) and demonstrated their use within a balance.
Suzanne Ruddle gave information on an important update to the TFH Food Testing Protocol.
It was such a busy and interesting day, we would be delighted if you chose to share your personal experiences of the day on here, for those people who were unable to attend.
Yet again the passion of those who love and enjoy TFH shone brightly.
There were several themes, which unfolded during the day:
- Encouraging self-communication - how we can use TFH to improve our lives on an every day basis.
- Embracing change to enable us to move forward.
- Carrie Jost demonstrated how Creative Kinesiology uses a technique called 'two-pointing', which can help the body communicate better with itself.
- We explored how TFH Metaphors can play such a large part in our lives, with excellent facilitation by Geoff Rolls.
